Therefore, we have intensively prepared ourselves with the authorities for the reopening and have carefully coordinated necessary hygiene and safety measures. To ensure that you can continue to enjoy our park as safely as possible, we will initially start with a limited number of visitors from May 29.
In order to regulate the number of visitors in the best possible way, we have decided to offer day-dated online tickets, which are available in advance and exclusively in our webshop. We recommend early booking.

You already bought undated tickets for the 2020 season in spring? Then you can exchange them here.
If you purchased your tickets through your company, you can exchange your tickets for dated tickets here.
With your season pass you have the possibility to visit us after your registration. With your season pass you have the possibility to visit us after your registration. You can register again after each visit.
If you have obtained a partner card (such as the Ruhr.TopCard or the Rheinlandcard) or your ticket from a third-party provider, you can exchange it here for a dated ticket.
